      曼松德昭帕亚皇家师范大学孔子学院最近发现中国国内一些中介机构及网站擅自假借、冒用曼松德昭帕亚皇家师范大学孔子学院网站、宣传册等相关内容，对中国学生和教师进行虚假的招生及招聘宣传。曼松德昭帕亚皇家师范大学孔子学院从未与任何中介机构开展中泰交换生有偿招生、国际汉语教师资格考核与派遣等有偿业务，也不允许任何机构和个人以曼松德昭帕亚皇家师范大学孔子学院名义从事相关业务。对于假借、冒用曼松德昭帕亚皇家师范大学孔子学院名义及相关文字、照片、视频等资料从事商业活动的行为人，曼松德昭帕亚皇家师范大学孔子学院要求其立即停止一切侵权行为，并保留追究其法律责任的权利。

                Declaration of the Confucius Institute at Bansomdejchaopraya Rajabhat University
       We find that recently some Chinese intermediaries and websites are falsely recruiting students and employees from Chinese students and teachers with the Confucius Institute at Bansomdejchaopraya Rajabhat University’s self-website, brochures and other related contents without our permission. The Confucius Institute at Bansomdejchaopraya Rajabhat University has never set up any business on charged Sino-Thai  exchange students or international Chinese teacher certification examination and appointment with any intermediaries, and we do not permit any organ or individual to work on related business in the name of the Confucius Institute at Bansomdejchaopraya Rajabhat University. To those who pretends to be the Confucius Institute at Bansomdejchaopraya Rajabhat University or using our related contents including context, image and video to work on commercial business, the Confucius Institute at Bansomdejchaopraya Rajabhat University asks them to stop all the infringement acts and we reserve the right to investigated for their legal responsibility.
